This is why I love the Twins & Tony Oliva. Carly Danek, Peter Nelson & I were at TwinsFest getting interviews for the news & Twins Blog when Tony put our interview on hold. What happened next was something we couldn’t have anticipated. And this beautiful story unfolded before our eyes.

4 Things was a segment I produced for sweeps. We had our morning talent & local celebrities share 4 things about themselves we may not know. I’ve posted the celebrities versions below.

I’ve started producing a sponsored segment called “Making a Difference” where we acknowledge people who are making a difference in the community. The first features a U of M student who’s involved in over a dozen cancer fundraiser/support groups & is working towards a double major.

I wish I had more time to do more with this story. Jayvion was such a brave and sweet little boy and he was very shy in front of the cameras.
