Pigeon Poo Problem
A pigeon problem has city leaders considering birth control for birds. St. Paul says pigeons are becoming a problem — and their poop a bigger one. Last weekend, part of a parking ramp broke off. Experts say bird poo corroded the metal. The city’s solution: put birth control in pigeon feed around the city, prevent birdies from fertilizing eggs. Fewer pigeons = less poop.
