Continuing my cover my “65+ beat” I produced this story as part of our Twin Cities Marathon coverage. It was truly a team effort. The story had a producer, reporter and three photographers work on it. Tom Aviles & I did the initial interview at 7 am, then handed it off to Aristea Brady & Sean Skinner when they were done with live shots… then at 3 as Jeannine finished up, I went back out to finish the story with Dave Porter. Catch all that, phew! At the end, it’s a great story about doing what makes you happy - no matter how long it takes you to do it!
I’m an over thinker and am full of ideas. I'm constantly trying to do 12 things at once.
I want to produce TV shows that expand people’s horizons by traveling and discovering new things… because there’s always more you can learn.
When it’s all said and done, I want to make a coffee table book.
